Not only did Tinos provide a reasonable price, but they also did an outstanding job answering our questions and explaining the features and differences of various materials. I have used Tino s for many years. The staff is courteous clean and respectful. Five star performance on their work. Dario was my project manager for a very large project. My cedar shingled 98 year old colonial was in need of yet another paint job and the thought of adding more primer and more paint to all the previous paint jobs didn't thrill me. I called Tino's to get a quote for siding. Along with the quote for siding Tino explained that the paint on the shingles could be removed completely and the shingles refurbished to practically new condition, right down to bare shingles I have to say I found that very hard to believe and I told him so. As I continued to be skeptical Tino started showing me pictures of previous homes which they had done exactly that. I was floored and though the quote for the paint job was higher than that of a competitive bid I'd received i signed with Tino's and I have to say. I can't recall being so satisfied with a decision as I am with choosing Tino's for my contractor. Not only the superb house prep, priming, sanding, caulking and trim work by the painting crew (Edgar, Enrique and Dani) but the additional repair of damaged shingles, water damaged fascias, sills and trim.l, A badly leaning kick wall along with 10 porch support columns were all tackled at prices all below the cost I would have expected. The crews were all professional. The work areas and yard were policed clean every day prior the their leaving. Their workdays started by 7:30 and went till well past 5:00 every day. If price is your only concern then look elsewhere but if your looking for quality and professional workmanship. Tino's will deliver. May be upwards of twice the price but you'll receive five times the satisfaction! No exaggeration!! Thank you Tino, Dario, Jose and Jeanette for a job that you and your crews should be proud of.
