David Coffee2024-10-05We hired Tino's, Inc. to paint our house and restore the fascia and trim this summer, and I think that they did an excellent job. The estimate process was quick, and they took the time to explain many of the costs and considerations in their estimate. The estimated price was firmly in the middle of all quotes we received. In contrast to some other companies we considered, Tino's had a dedicated front office which was very responsive to questions and follow-ups via email, text, and phone. We were given a contract with prices to e-sign prior to placing down a deposit. It took a while after putting down the deposit to get a start date, but once the date was decided, the work was done quickly and professionally. The project manager was always in contact and explained the details of the process as the team progressed through the work. The project manager helped us with the paint selection, and there were several iterations of caulking, sanding, and cleaning between each coat of paint. We also received several emails from the front office explaining continuing steps as the work proceeded. The invoiced price was exactly the contract price plus some small additional tasks which we discussed during the project. I will definitely contact Tino's, Inc. for our future carpentry or painting projects.

Every one of our neighbors remarked on how impressive their prep process was, and how great the final result was. They also left a clean worksite every day and were very polite and considerate and accommodating.

Never have we seen people work like his crew did! They worked 12 hour days and only stopped for 15 minutes for lunch. Everything was cleaned daily. They had an amazing work ethic and we highly recommend them!

During the process we had some areas of the house with rot and he has a carpentry crew that quickly repaired everything. I'd' highly recommend Tino's Painting and Carpentry.

Bill Beardslee2024-07-16Tinos painted the interior of our home - 1st and 2nd floors. Ceilings, walls and trim. I changed the scope of the job at the beginning (adding some complex work), and amazingly they maintained their original completion date. An excellent job, and yes I would use them again.
